We are conveniently located between West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Our studio features state of the art casting facilities with a hip, modern edge….with 9 fully-equipped studio rooms. A spacious common area (shown below) provides actors with ample room to prepare their work.
PARKING Instructions:
Saturdays & Sundays
PARKING LOT: On Saturdays & Sundays, the parking lot should be FREE (you may park anywhere regardless of the signs—given that the parking attendant is not there on weekends). Enter parking lot from Beverly Blvd only (as no back-street entrance is available). You will see a sign for “8899 Beverly Parking”. Take the down ramp–and then immediately go UP the ramp–all the way to the back outside (uncovered) rear of building and park in guest parking. If none is available, you may use a reserved space. Please do NOT park on LOWER or UPPER levels (just street-level parking). The rear entrance of the building is locked on weekends; so, just come around to the front entrance.
(Front entrance: Enter the building through the double glass doors…which are the doors that are immediately right of the entrance to SWOON Lighting/ICON Interior Design Store). Note: If doors are locked, please call 310-717-2181.
STREET PARKING: On Saturdays, metered parking (quarters needed) is available along Beverly Blvd (however, please always check the signs for changes—especially construction on the south side of Beverly…where you will get ticketed!!)
Weekdays (Monday-Friday), AFTER 7 pm
PARKING LOT: On weekdays, the cost is $4 if the guard is there; oftentimes, the guard goes home at 6pm and then it is FREE. Enter parking lot from Beverly Blvd only (as no back-street entrance is available). You will see a sign for “8899 Beverly Parking”.
