- 5 AGENCIES ATTENDING: This showcase will have 5 top SAG- and AFTRA-franchised talent agencies. However, due to union regulations, we are not allowed to advertise these agencies. THUS, after you pay for the workshop (below), you will immediately receive a list of all of the agents and their agencies. If you are not pleased (for any reason whatsoever) with the agents/agencies listed, you will receive a full refund immediately (no questions asked).

Our COMMERCIAL talent agent workshop format is as follows: Each agent will receive a headshot and resume of each of the actors at the top of class. Actors will perform either a cold or prepared read of commercial copy** for FIVE COMMERCIAL AGENTS (from different agencies) in front of the whole class. If any of the agents want, they make comments/suggestions, ask you questions or ask for ONE re-direct of the performance. After all of the actors have performed, there will be a 30-minute educational Q&A session with the FIVE AGENTS in front of the whole class. This is a great way to network. Plus, learn about: what talent agents are looking for; how to get signed; and much more!
**Actors may perform a “rehearsed” or “cold” read of commercial copy…ALONE or WITH A PARTNER. Commercial copy should be approximately 1-minute. You can either choose ONE 1-minute commercial…or..TWO 30-second commercials. “Rehearsed” performances will perform first, followed by the “cold-readings”. If you choose to do a “rehearsed” scene with a partner, you may choose your own paying accompanying partner and/or your own commercial copy or we can assign the partner and/or commercial copy for you (within the next 1-2 days). Cancellation of Agent or Manager Showcases
Here is our cancellation policy as required by California law: Cancellation Policy. In addition to this policy, we offer a CREDIT policy should you need to cancel due to an audition or an emergency. Specifically, if you need to cancel and would like to reschedule for another workshop/showcase, we shall credit you the full amount towards another future workshop/showcase (one year expiration date). Simply call us (310-717-2181; 9am-10pm) or email us (info@hollywoodactingworkshop.com) to notify us that you want to reschedule. Further, in the event that an instructor or casting director or talent agent or talent manager cancels and a comparable replacement cannot be scheduled for that same date, it is your choice to receive an immediate full refund or your fee can be used as a credit towards any future workshop of your choice.
